As an experienced healthcare professional, I’ve supported many women through all sorts of issues, from birth all the way to end of life care – you name it I get it. Tell me what’s burdening you and we’ll walk through it to overcome the damaging thoughts and unhelpful patterns that have you stuck in the same harmful loops.

Leveraging my combined medical background as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, and mental health background as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I bring an experienced, caring, calm and grounded approach to your journey.

After 3 sessions with Leonie she asked me how I was feeling. My response was “If I could measure it, I would say I am 50% happier than I was”.
